About IQAC

This line is part of a Sanskrit chant/prayer, from the Brihadaranyaka Upanishad. It means “From darkness, lead me to light”. Education usually takes a person from darkness of ignorance to the brightness of knowledge. In today's dynamic world, education has become an asset. Here at our college we strive to impart practical learning. Fact is that holistic education doesn't end at learning. The internal quality assurance mechanism of the institution is called “Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)”. The IQAC is meant for planning, guiding and monitoring Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Enhancement (QE) activities of the colleges. The IQAC being an integral part of the college works towards realising the goals of quality enhancement by developing a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in different aspects of functioning of the college. The onus of accountability and transparency in the quality management system of the institution and its concern for ensuring quality of education lies on the IQAC.
